The mission of Centre for Human Rights Education & Reporting, a non governmental human rights organization, based in Nigeria is to educate and promote human rights through monitoring, documentation, evaluation, enlightenment and reporting human rights in order to improve knowledge and human rights norms as enshrined in national and international statutes.
